As solo-person , I need to have such system in place to quickly buuild stuffs and push to production and free myself .
few things to understand during pricing: need to understand : - cost incurred based - amount of time/money that got needed to build + 20% - here 20% is yur profit - competitor based - if competitor charges X and you incur Y, and X > Y .. then you price around X given how client is comfortable - value based - how much client saves time/money with your solution. and you charge 10% of that saved amount. saved amount >> Y [incurred absolute cost]
In conversation, mostly people with non-tech background will come.. have to talk slowly in a style of teaser where you let THEM talk and your job is just to steer conversation .. and drop insights in between .. nothing else
no jargon and no mention of how you were big shot before{if you were} or how you are able to learn all the concepts... stick to the conversation of providing valuations.
